We do not collect or store your payment card details directly.

We use the information we collect:

- To understand how the app is used and make improvements

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling. We do not sell your data to any third party.

9. Subscriptions and Payments
Some content on FaithWave is free to access; other material may be available by subscription. Subscription payments are processed via a third-party provider. Hesperides Media Limited does not store or process your card details directly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform on which you subscribed (for example, through your App Store account).
10. Future Features
While FaithWave does not currently allow users to upload their own content, we may introduce such functionality in future. If so, additional terms may apply, and users will be required to comply with relevant usage and content guidelines.
11. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is,” and while we make every effort to ensure its availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. To the extent permitted by law, Hesperides Media Limited disclaims liability for any loss arising from use of the app or website.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this document from time to time. Any significant changes will be notified to users through the app or website. Continued use of the service will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.
